These bell have scratches on them so I am selling them as damaged stock. Most bells have minor scratches and some bells the scratch is small. They are sold as is and are still good bells if you make your own toys. 
 
All Bells sold in my store are Nickel Plated and are Zinc free
Very important for bird toys.
